We contacted a number of contractors to do a complete remodel of our kitchen before ultimately deciding to go with Jose and his crew. This was one of the best decisions we have ever made! From the very first interaction with Jose, he has gone above and beyond, well exceeding our expectations throughout the entire process.Jose stayed true to form ensuring he would not sub contract this job to others. Unlike previous experiences with other contractors, Jose personally worked on our kitchen from day one. He kept his crew small and efficient. Our biggest concern with any contractor was communication. Jose consistently provided us with updates through the kitchen remodel. Nothing was done without first communicating with us. As far as the design on the kitchen, Jose was encouraging and mirrored our enthusiasm. He gave us great suggestions when we weren’t sure about design aspects. He never pushed his own agenda, but rather wanted to make our vision of our kitchen come to life. He provided sound suggestions along the way.Lastly, Jose and his crew exemplified professionalism and excellent craftsmanship. They were punctual, on time, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Their attention to detail is what really set them apart. “Friendly, fast, and for the right price. We had a challenging leak around one of our rear windows. Perdue did the demo, rebuild, and reseal in one day. I was impressed and it is holding up well.They also resided our neighbor's house. I don't know the cost but the result looks great and they were respectful of us while doing the work nextdoor.“

“Dave and his crew are fantastic! My furnace went out during our recent cold snap. In less than 12 hours of contacting them, they were at my house to fix my furnace. Upon arrival and inspection, they needed another part. Dave drove from Bothell to Federal Way to bring the part to his technician working on my furnace. By 2pm I had heat again! And it runs better than it did before!Thank you Dave and your crew for bringing warmth back into my home quickly and efficiently!“
“Mynor and his team were TREMENDOUS. A fair price for the work on our back deck to clean, sand and repaint. Not the lowest bid, but certainly reasonable. They did the work in two, full days of work and our deck looks gorgeous. Mynor was super responsive and his team could not have been nicer or more hardworking. We will absolutely continue to use Mynor and team as our deck needs touch ups and work going forward.“
“Wood floor restoration and new baseboards. I decided to have the floor stained a darker brown than the original colour during the restoration. Very impressed by the restoration. Firstly, the quote was competitive. After Ronaldo sanded the floor I could already see major improvement. I could have even gone for a lighter stain if I wanted to since the dark worn-in patches were erased. Ronaldo expertly interleaved some new white oak boards with the original in order to restore a patch that had been previously been a plywood board. The result is indistinguishable. Try to find it in the photos. Highly recommend Eagle Home Services for floor restoration.“

His customer service skills are pretty good and his boys did a great job and the price was excellent. I would recommend Elite Contractors Group for your roof 100% absolutely!! “JD Remodel and Repair (Adolfo) is responsive, professional, and offers very reasonable prices on repair and remodeling services.After a water damage incident in our basement laundry room, we needed a bunch of drywall repair and new flooring. After a few months of going to the laundromat, we decided to get the laundry room repaired first.Adolfo gave reasonable timelines and estimates for everything and we were impressed with the amount of work he got done everyday as a 1-man team. He's a genuine person and just wonderful to work with. He did a great job with the drywall and tiling the laundry room.(Unfortunately I had to remove one star because the last day when he applied texture to the drywall, he didn't cover any of the light switches/plumbing/electrical outlets so the flecks of texture got everywhere)Update: Adolfo reached out to address my concerns and offered to provide additional cleanup. Many contractors would either not respond or give excuses so I updated my rating :)“
