“Avi did a complete overhaul of our hardscape, landscape, lighting and on-site drainage system for our house. Our site area is 7200 ft.² which required extensive excavation, rebuilding of a two tier retaining wall in the front and another retaining wall on the side and back, including building a patio, providing French drains on either side of the yard as well as connecting the downspouts to a tight line.The project took three months. Avi and his team were very professional. They would show up on time every day and were very polite. He’s also good at troubleshooting and coming up with creative solutions to some very difficult problems we ran into. The outcome was beautiful! I’ve had a lot of neighbors complement his work.I would highly recommend Economy Landscape. They are very competitive cost wise. Everything looks very high quality and it is clear this was a professional job and not DIY. My backyard looks like it could be at a nice playground. They are also super tidy with their tools and the worksite - and in my experience, people who are meticulous like that do a great job on the work. We have hired them to do another bigger project for a fence and walkway and they were again super helpful in helping us determine the best approach. 10/10 would recommend. “Finding competent residential irrigation service has not been easy, so I am happy to report my first encounter with Advanced Irrigation has been successful! My system involves a pump, pressure tank and 9 large zones, comprising many types of sprinkler heads and pot watering systems. It is a mature system so much can go wrong over the course of a year eg, broken heads clogged filters, cracked pipes. I probably could do most of the work (not the pump system!) myself if I had a day or two to devote to it - but......why dive into a frustrating project when Advanced's talented service team can accomplish perfection in one or two hours!? They're busy servicing their long time clients so call early to get on the calendar.“
