I am disabled and expected to have physical therapy the remainder of my life. One of the things that has gone right is the care of Kira and team at Balance PT in Issaquah. Regaining my balance after the loss of my 8th cranial nerve has been difficult as I learn to use vision and proprioception under Kira's care. She's also dealt with the myriad injuries from falls associated with my condition. She always maintains a positive attitude and is quick to lift mine. this is my first ever experience in physical therapy and i’ve been nothing but pleased. Shanna is so comforting especially as she works with woman’s health. i love the atmosphere she as well as the entire clinic has created. from the front staff to the actual physical therapist, everyone makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. i truly have nothing but amazing things to say about Balance Physical Therapy

From the front desk to the therapists, you get straightforwardness, kindness and a real collaboration on how to solve your issues. I didn't have to hassle with calling my insurance company to verify benefits and they have taken care of everything. Tough schedule because their therapists are so busy? Don't worry, they find a way to make it work. Progression happens.
