I've been very happy here so far. I've been going to Phenix 1-2 times per week the last 6 weeks since shoulder surgery. My therapist is very knowledgeable and careful and does a good job being clear about what's necessary for a good recovery. I hope I will be able to update you in a few months when I'm 100%.

Physical Therapy that worked! PT with Phenix was an enjoyable experience all around and I looked forward to my sessions.After developing hip pain over several months, an X ray showed no arthritis present. I was referred to Reid at Phenix PT. After 5, maybe fewer sessions with Reid my hip pain was completely relieved. I learned hips need to be flexible to function properly and I'm still doing the exercises I learned from Reid at home and feel great!After my hips improved, I asked Reid if he could help me with chronic neck and shoulder pain that I thought was something I thought I had to live with forever since my early 20's. This is the best staff if you have either an acute injury or prolonged injury overtime. They really get to know you and your needs in every way. I've seen both Vivian and Katie there but I must say that the whole staff work so well together like a family. I went for an ankle injury that would not heal to regain strength And was able to get support for therapy as well as consult with an orthopedist for an x-ray and MRI to see how substantial my injury really was so I got the best therapy plan. I appreciated the willingness for Phenix to find and work with an outside partner to ensure my needs were met. Excellent experience.
