Scheduled a service checkup and repair on our HVAC system. Arrived on time the following day. Bryan thoroughly looked over everything and completed the repair within his cost estimate. Spent extra time to ensure everything was operating as it should "really appreciated that" so there wouldn't be any other issues. They provided estimates on future equipment that could need to be replaced in the future and recommended a home air purification system.

“I hired them to clean out my dryer exhaust vent, as the LG dryer kept saying 80% blocked. Devon came out and cleaned the exhaust, but the dryer kept giving the clogged error even after he cleaned it. Something had to be still blocked, right? I called the business and spoke to Chuck, he was a good communicator and advised he'd send the technician back to take a second look. Low and behold, the dryer exhaust vent had a grate that was preventing the flap from opening on the outside of the house. Devon removed the grate and the flap is able to open and close during operation. All fixed, and the second trip was inclusive in the price. I would highly recommend Pristine Air Services if you need anything cleaned or serviced in your home! They are easy to deal with and stand behind their work. 10/10 A++++! I would use them for any future HVAC cleaning in my house. Thank you guys!“

Their sales person (David) helped us with an education of the various aspects of the heating and cooling of our house. He was quite knowledgable and took his time making sure we got the proper components for our living situation. That initial introduction was wonderful. “Kirtan and Jerry come to do air duct cleaning, furnace maintenance and dryer duct cleaning. They did the work thoroughly, carefully, vacuumed at each vent, removed lot of dust and construction debris, and cleaned up after the work. Also for the dryer duct, they didn’t simply put the vacuum head into the outlet. Kirtan removed the cover and flappers, vacuumed thoroughly, then put all things back. Not like some companies who may use the easiest way, shortest time to “finish” the job.

“We had several issues with our York furnace. Dan from A&H came to our house and troubleshot the furnace. He has expert knowledge of the York system. He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now!
