“All vets have issues, but compared to ALL off the vets in Tacoma (I've used at least four), this place is definitely '5 star'. Although I used them for urgent care on a Saturday, they were no more expensive than a 'squeeze in' visit that I had to beg for at Commencement Bay. And they absolutely knew what they were doing, despite having no experience with my dog - their vet was able to analyze and give his decision, whereas Tacoma vets just collected money and acted like they were fresh out of vet school. Uptown outdistanced other vets so much that I would prefer to just take my vets there, as emergencies, than do the almost as costly normal vet visits at other places. This is a sad statement about the current veterinary situation in the Pacific Northwest.“
