“I chose Community Pet Clinic because the wait times with standard vet offices is over two months. I took my cat Odin in today for an ear infection. The staff was wonderful, not only on the phone but also in person, especially Yessica, who did Odin's intake and discharge. Dr. Lee was friendly and through. I left with medication and comprehensive instructions. The bill was very reasonable - less than if I had had a scheduled veterinarian appointment. The working mode of this clinic is efficient, streamlined and maximizes pet safety. At first I was surprised to have to stay in the car with Odin until the staff member came out but it makes excellent sense. This way, pets aren't coming into contact with each other thus lessening the chance of spreading illness or dogs getting in spats. There are no instruments in the rooms other than a scale to reduce any theft on the client's part. Unfortunately, this has become a major problem. I will be using this clinic in the future. P. He has been incredible with our two large pups (GSD & Cane Corso) and just as good with their sometimes nervous parents. Gena and the vet tech staff are second to none.
