“I had the best experience here at Jax. My stylist of 20 years retired. I had another in her group cut my hair a couple times and she didn’t want suggestions or guidance. I made an appointment ant Jax and the person on the phone asked me pertinent questions so she could pair me with the best stylist for me. She did a great job. She made an appointment for me with Julia. I just loved her. She really listened to me and I got seriously the best cut I’ve ever had. And to top it off, the power went off for quite awhile so she cut my hair in partial darkness. Thanks Julia!“

“Went here today at 10am on a Thursday and got right in. Tiffany did my pedicure and Hana (her shirt said) did my gel manicure at the same time. My brought my toddler with me and they were very sweet with her. They have a pink kids pedicure station (we did not use but my daughter sat in this chair and loved it). Total time was around 40 minutes while they did pedicure/manicure at the same time. I noticed Tiffany used alcohol to clean up edges of toe nails which I appreciate this extra attention to detail in a clean finish. A woman Kristie I presume is owner, was very friendly and thankful.
