Amazing studio!! This group of instructors will positively impact your mind, body, and spirit!! I can't believe how much my body has improved in strength, agility, gate, posture, and of course shape!! I have been with Lori now for about 6 years and look forward to many many more years ahead!! Pilates has transformed my life!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Hard Candy!!!
