I'm so happy with the stunning work Royal Painting completed for me! I built a new house and needed both the interior and exterior painted. I was very cautious about who I hired because I had worked so hard for so long to get the house built and wanted the paint to be perfect. Since I was near the end of the build money was also an issue for me but I was comfortable with his pricing and there were no surprise costs at the end. Richard, the owner, was wonderful about working with me to get the outside completed before the rainy season began. I had him also paint the garage door and gutters and they did beautiful work. He was able to get the interior walls painted before the finishes were done and then came back as soon as the finishes and flooring were completed to paint the millwork so I could move in. I'm so thankful to Richard at Royal Painting for doing such meticulous work and being so easy to work with.
I needed to get a new doctor to handle my L&I claim and I was able to get in to see Emma Broussard with less delay than at other clinics. But WOW!!, she took over my care and has shown great compassion, spending a lot of extra time and effort to help me in this process. I can honestly say I have never experienced such good care anywhere, and I feel that she is totally on my side and wants me to get the best possible result. I recommend her above anyone else. If possible I'd give her more than 5 stars, WOW:)
Family First Adult Homes became a part of our family back in 2003 when Chris and Julie provided loving care for my Dad who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Since that time, my Mom, Brother and I have had the highest respect for Family First because of all loving care they provided my dad.I recently contacted Family First again for my stepfather Joe who needed 24-hour care. Joe was in the hospital and getting ready to discharge. I told the hospital staff Joe was going to the Family First Adult Family Homes in Gig Harbor. All the hospital staff who I spoke too, knew about Family First and gave them the highest marks for professional and loving care.Joe has now moved into a beautiful home with six other adults at Family First in Gig Harbor. He is doing extremely well thanks to the experienced care workers who treat each resident as part of a special family.I would also like to mention that not only did Family First provide my stepfather Joe with a loving home, the owners also assisted me with Joe’s Long Term Care (LTC) approval.I have worked with four separate long term care policies over the last (20) years starting with my dad in 2003. These LTC policies are very hard to get approved, implemented and paid out. Family First had more knowledge about this LTC industry than any other adult care providers I consulted with over the years.Thanks to Family Firsts help, Joe just got his LTC policy approved which took a huge wait off his future needs.Family First Adult Family Homes will again be my first choice when my mom is in need of full time care in a loving adult family home.

Wow! Get your nails done with Melisa!!! I have been getting my nails done in the Gig Harbor and Port Orchard areas for 25 years and have with mixed results! But in the last 5 years have had 2 toe infections and a blood virus takings months to heal with antibiotics from unclean tools...this runs rampant in this industry! Notice ... did they open up a new sterilized packet of tools for each client? Mostly NO....Well Melisa does and new files and scrubs!!! She is fantastic! I have been here to get my haircut many times now, I 1st went here not to long after their move here and I am so glad I did. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you are taken care of; their customer service is outstanding. I get my hair cut by Ashley and she is great. I never had someone I went back to on a regular basis, but now I do. I think she does such a great job, I recommended her to my wife! If you are looking for a great barbershop I highly recommend that you give Black Cat a try, you won't regret it.

I’ve been bringing my boys to this barbershop for a series of haircuts, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The attention to detail is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other places. I also get my own bob haircut here, and it’s much more affordable than other women's salons while still being done perfectly every time. Highly recommended.

New ownership in the last year, though Gail is still there for a little longer. I have had everyone in the shop cut my hair and it's been good and consistent compared to other options close by like Great Clips. It has an old timey feel to it and there's definitely a lot of regulars who have been going there for numerous years. Overall I'd say it's definitely worth giving them a shot if you're in the area!

This is my second time visiting this spa. I had manicure done for $45 then $30 for removal of old polish and cleaning. Overall, my experience had been pretty great here. My nails are done nicely and they even allowed walk-ins. This is my go to nail spa now!
Went here today at 10am on a Thursday and got right in. Tiffany did my pedicure and Hana (her shirt said) did my gel manicure at the same time. My brought my toddler with me and they were very sweet with her. They have a pink kids pedicure station (we did not use but my daughter sat in this chair and loved it). Total time was around 40 minutes while they did pedicure/manicure at the same time. I noticed Tiffany used alcohol to clean up edges of toe nails which I appreciate this extra attention to detail in a clean finish. A woman Kristie I presume is owner, was very friendly and thankful.

Had my acrylics done here a few times and Yenny does such a beautiful job. Today I added a pedicure on because yesterday I did a 23 miles hike and thought the massage chair would feel nice. Cindy did my pedicure and my feet were destroyed from the hike and she went in and gave me the best massage. My feel look fantastic and they feel great too. 10/10

After moving to Gig Harbor three years ago I tried several nail salons but kept going back to Bella...and now go there exclusively. The owner is very nice, friendly and speaks good English. All the ladies working there are also very nice and seem genuinely happy as evidenced by all the smiles and laughter. I feel as though they truly care about the health and beauty of my nails. I've had several of the ladies do my manis and pedis...and they have all done a lovely job.
The salon is clean and well taken care of. There are at least a dozen pedicure chairs and over a dozen manicure stations, and they always seems busy which let's me know of the high satisfaction level of their customers. You can make an appointment or walk in. I generally make an appointment, and after I arrive I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Their prices seem in line with the other nail salons in the area. Above all, my nails always look beautiful!!

I had a regular spa pedicure with gel polish. It was the best pedicure I've had in years. I was taken care of by a young man named Alex, and to say he was meticulous is a huge understatement. He even asked me if I had anywhere to be right away, because my toes needed extra attention and wanted to spend the time to do it right. 100% recommend and I will be going back!

Great Western Plumbing came out today and installed a Bevelo gas light from New Orleans today. They did a wonderful job! They were very friendly, polite and professional. I won’t hesitate to hire them again when I need another gas line installed for my back yard.

i am thrilled that destiny brought me to connect with kingston from owen & sons plumbing llc. i consider myself lucky to have found their listing. kingston answered my phone call after just a few rings and even though their gig harbor shop was nearing closing time, he kindly offered to come and resolve our clogged drain. he showed up with replacement pipes that were handy and fairly priced. kingston followed up and arrived right on time. i am totally pleased and highly recommend their services. terrific atmosphere, trustworthy, and professional - absolutely dependable.
I had a bad experience with a plumbing company I called first, so I was hesitant to call another professional company. Linda responded to my email very promptly. Her service men Jesse and Luaiva were VERY knowledgeable and answered my questions. They were respectful and friendly and explained things to me in a manner I could understand. They made me feel comfortable with the plumbing service they were providing. I expected the price to be more than what they charged seeing as the other plumbing company quoted me a higher price but for something totally different than what Jesse and Luaiva had found to be the issue with the slow drain in the tub. I will definitely use Pat's plumbing again.

The Star Tree Service crew are definitely stars! We had 2 very tall madronas that were rotten & had to be taken down. They were squeezed among tall, heavily limbed fir trees. It was obviously a job for experienced professionals. Star Tree Service helped us in the past so we knew they could handle the challenge. Star responded quickly, provided a job estimate, & his work crew was on the job within 2 days. They arrived on time, immediately got to work, had each other's back & followed safety procedures at all times. They worked a very hard, steady pace but remained pleasant, courteous & respectful. We will not hesitate to call Star for help in the near future.
Kvinsland Dentistry has been my dentist for years. I live in Seattle and early on tried to find a dentist in Seattle, but came back to Kvinsland. They are excellence, professional and community-oriented.
The staff was very professional and efficient. I had no wait time. Dr Elton took the time to provide a detailed description of my dental health while adding some friendly chatter. All of the staff remained friendly and HAPPY early in the morning.
Most likely the best dentist I've ever been to! Everyone there is super friendly and really knows what they are doing. They were able to fill my cavities and replace some old fillings in record time zero pain! I am someone that really does not like dentists, but I have to say this is the most excellent dental office I've ever been to in my 70 years- they are genuinely caring very affordable they don't over treat and they really take excellent care of your teeth. Also, they listen and if you have concerns about things like x-rays, they will respect your wishes -that alone is a big deal. I almost hate to post this because they'll get so busy then It'll be hard to get into them.

When he took over, we remained happy with our care and impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. When my son recently had 2 front teeth knocked out, Dr. Gressel stopped what he was doing on a Sunday afternoon to call and comfort and assure me that he and his team would do everything they could to take care of my boy. They have handled his treatment as if he was their own son, all while still providing exceptional care to my husband and I. I am very grateful to have a local dentist who is a fellow veteran that I can trust with the care of my family and I!
Dr, Block has been amazing! we have been going here for 5 years and she has taken one step at a time guiding us through the process of making sure my daughters' teeth are right on the schedule they need to be. Even when my daughter had a panic attack, she was calm and her assistants were fantastic and they were able to calm her down and get the cavity taken care of. I love taking her here!

I had been a chiropractic skeptic for all 56 years of my life. In June I messed up my lower back and right hip something awful. I couldn’t get out of a chair by myself, I could hardly walk. The pain was excruciating. For 10 days I stuck to my stubbornness and waited for it to heal. I finally conceded that I needed professional help. My son had been to Dr John before and thought he was great. I called and got in the same day. That alone shocked me in today’s system. He treated me and did laser therapy for the inflammation. I noticed an improvement before I left the office. It’s taken 3 weeks to get back to any resemblance of normal, but yesterday I was able to hit golf balls for the first time in a month. Such a relief. I’m not 100% yet, but I can’t imagine where I’d be without his help. I even have my 80-year old dad who has lived with a lifetime of back pain considering chiropractic care now. Thank you.

Dr. Lindsey and her team are absolutely wonderful! Truly the best veterinary experience we’ve ever had. My dog went in for a dental procedure and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Received a call while he was under anesthesia with his exam findings and a treatment plan, and then another call once he was awake and doing well. It all really helped to ease my anxiety. They absolutely focus on patient care and ensure your pet is their number one priority. Highly recommend Dr. Lindsey and her team for your pet’s dental needs!
All vets have issues, but compared to ALL off the vets in Tacoma (I've used at least four), this place is definitely '5 star'. Although I used them for urgent care on a Saturday, they were no more expensive than a 'squeeze in' visit that I had to beg for at Commencement Bay. And they absolutely knew what they were doing, despite having no experience with my dog - their vet was able to analyze and give his decision, whereas Tacoma vets just collected money and acted like they were fresh out of vet school. Uptown outdistanced other vets so much that I would prefer to just take my vets there, as emergencies, than do the almost as costly normal vet visits at other places. This is a sad statement about the current veterinary situation in the Pacific Northwest.
Beautiful studio, friendly staff, and a great variety of yoga classes. I have tried many different classes and all of the instructors have been top notch.
All of the instructors and staff at The Fit Lab 253 are absolutely phenomenal. I felt welcome from the first day I walked in. They offer classes are geared for all levels, with right amount of challenge. The cues are easy to follow and visual guidance is also available when needed. Honestly, being cued correctly and being corrected when I'm out of alignment or in the wrong position have kept me from injury. Reformer Pilates has changed my life! I took a few private lessons with Amanda as my intro to pilates. She and the lessons were so amazing, I've been hooked ever since. When I'm in town, I come to the studio fairly consistently and my body has been transformed, completely snatched. I feel my workouts all over, every atrophied muscle has been awakened. Every instructor does something "special" in their class, please try them all, you will not be disappointed. I highly, highly recommend coming here.

Very nice treatment for nerve management. First time seeing Trent and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I'm not a fan of regular massage with oils and such, so I was happy to see that he offered exactly what I was looking for in a pain management type of massage. Dani it's very professional and intuitive. . I was referred by my chiropractor. She's been helping me with my psoas muscle and other tight spots. I have recommended her to several people. She's also very kind and listens well.

I suffered from chronic pain due to a neck injury following a successful neck fusion. Valerie provided treatment not only for my neck but my body as a whole. These treatments definitely diminished my pain and assisted wth my recovery. I will continue seeking treatment from Valerie as I continue with my recovery and for maintenance. Anna is the best. She is kind and very very skilled. I highly recommend her especially for pain or chronic issues. I've been seeing her for 5 years. She is my first friend I made in this area and it's only been the best experience.
Without a doubt the best therapeutic masseuse I've ever known.
As a sufferer of deep chronic pain since age 16, I've tried just about everything I could, from physical therapy to chiropractic to acupuncture, even other masseuses, but nothings has been able to get to the meat of my pain like Nora can.
Her work is highly specialized and suited to every client's need, including the oil and lotion she uses during massages. She makes sure clients know what she's doing as she works, always checks in on comfort levels, warns when something is a bit more painful than usual (or spicy as she puts it), and gets at not just where the pain is on your body, but where it's likely being caused from. Her intimate knowledge and understanding of the muscular system makes for an incredibly skilled and precise massage.
I literally would not be able to physically function the same if I stopped seeing Nora. If I could give her 6 stars, I would.
I cannot express how amazing Dr. Goyette is as a doctor. It has taken me a LONG time to find a doctor I trust, as I'm extremely picky, but Dr. Goyette is an extremely intelligent doctor. She also goes above and beyond for her patients. I am RELIEVED to have finally found a primary for myself and family and happy she is close by. 100/100 recommend going to her.
Stephanie has magic hands. I guess I got fired as a client, though. She canceled my appointments and said she would call to reschedule them but she never did. That was as two years ago and to this day I'm unsure of what caused my excommunication.

Jessica performed an intra-oral session on me and for the first in 3+ weeks I was pain free without taking Ibuprofen.

Peter and Shannon are THE BEST. They are a winning combination. I have had chronic sciatic and foot pain for a long time. I let Shannon at the Tacoma street fair, and she had me feeling much better in about 10 minutes. I initially saw Peter, because Shannon was so busy, and was going n Sabbatical. It turned out to be a blessing, because I got to meet and work with Peter! Peter’s innovative vibration therapies, combined with traditional PT exercises had me feeling so much better in a very short amount of time. I alternate between Shannon and Peter now, because both of their unique styles really help my issues. Shannon has a gentle touch, but really understands how the muscles and bones all come together, and how to move properly to make the pain go away. Combine that with conditioning the less used muscles, and l feel so much better! After a short time, I was literally in tears, because my 7-8 on the pain scale was now a 2 or a 3. Today, I’m frequently at a ZERO! I’ve seen several PT companies, but Peter and Shannon are why I come to ABC. Awesome team!
This practice is the absolute best, and I am so grateful for all they did to restore me after my total hip replacement. Keith and Kevin have years of experience. They are kind, encouraging, patient and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough. And a shoutout to Monique who works with them too.
My experience was excellent. My Physical therapist was Emily and she evaluated me after I suffered a partial tear of my MCL from a skiing injury.. She gave me a group of exercises to do and got me on the road to recovery . She has great people skills and highly recommend her to anyone needing PT.
