It's interesting when you find a company that, if they do a good job, you will never see again. That's really what you're looking for in a roofing company . . . that's Roofscapes NW.When we figured out that we needed a new roof -- might have been the water seeping through some windows -- we asked around, looked at online reviews, and followed everyone's advice to "get three bids." Jonathan came out to inspect our roof and offer recommendations for repair of a leaking chimney. He took the time afterwards to review his photos and other findings with me. I really appreciated him making time for a zoom call several days later when I had additional questions. Jonathan's team was able to complete the repair in a timely manner and we've had no leaking since. Only small negative was that there was some debris left behind after the repair. Office staff was friendly and responsive.
