Great customer service. I live out of state and Israel, the owner, was very knowledgeable and communicative and provided plenty of before and after pictures of the damage and repair. He really went the extra mile and pointed out other issues that needed attention. So grateful! I also appreciate fairness in price and service as well as the expertise. Sounders Roofing replaced our roof in the summer. Great experience from the beginning to the end. When doing the estimate, Israel pointed out issues that needed to be addressed. He was the only contractor that inspected our attic. The whole crew worked so hard, working on weekends and staying late to finish the job as quickly as possible. Whenever we had any questions, Israel was patient and happy to answer. Showed us pictures at the end of every day. Very accommodating with last minute requests for replacing skylights and fascia. Came back a few days later to make sure our vents were installed properly.
