I received a coupon in the mail for a furnace check up for $59.00 so I thought that was a real good price so I called them and set up the appointment to have my 25 year old furnace checked out since it had been running erratically. I’m so glad I did because the nicest man , Glen Ashford, came out and did a check up. The news wasn’t good, my furnace inside was cracked and the control board was burned along with some water damage he said it should be “red tagged”. On year 18 on my homes original furnace and it's almost time for a new furnace. Was impressed with HVAC tech Charles Dobbs. Went over everything with me after a thorough inspection and maintenance of my furnance. We discussed my options and some of my own maintenance that I've done and parts already replaced, but I will be happy with one more winter. Gave me a quote for a new furnace vs the repairs I will need on the existing one. Just makes more sense to get a new one after this winter is done. Appreciated his honesty and the price is reasonable. They have my business moving forward.

Mike was awesome. He did a fantastic job on the tuneup of my furnace & heat pump. Very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. No cost to me thanks to the Eddie’s plan I purchased during the initial visit in March. Great customer service!
