“Hired Seahawk to install a new sliding glass door. While they were here to look at project they looked around & said...you know, we do all outdoor projects...& it looks like you might need some other repairs. Which was a vast understatement! First...I had contacted 3 deck companies & 2 tree removal...not ONE responded. The deck needed to be replaced but first a huge tree needed to be limbed. They schedule that the NEXT week! These guys are the most responsive I have ever dealt with. They have finished the deck to MY specifications & it is fabulous. The guys made sure each step of the project they fully understood what I wanted which prevented any 'do-overs'. Plus being competent & gracious. Left the property pristine. Guys are here to pressure wash today & then paint. I've hired them to do roof & gutters also. And pricing in the ballpark if not under.“

“You always want to go with a contractor that you have a good feeling about and Jose was that for us! He was super knowledgeable on opening a wall between our main living spaces. He took the time to explore all his options and explain the work that needed to be done. He even came out a second time to walk us through his quote. Never once did it feel like a sales pitch which wasn't the case with other contractors. During the project he sent pictures and called me to recap the day. “I hired Permadry back in 2015 to design and install a drain system in my basement. Our home has a problem with underground water flowing down from Somerset through our yard towards Coal Creek. After several years, two pipes became clogged with ivy roots seeking moisture in the dry months of the year. So we called Permadry to come over to clear the drains with water jetting. The man who arrived to the job was named Aspen, and he spend over 4 1/2 hours working on clearing the pipes and scoping them with a camera snake to make sure the lines were clear. Aspen worked constantly and cheerfully the entire time and really went above and beyond for us, all for a flat fee that was reasonable and affordable. When I tried to tip him as he finished he politely refused, telling me that wasn't necessary. He was truly and classy guy and I'm grateful to him and very glad I called Permadry.“
