TOV team is probably one of the most impactful teams I have ever met! Having talked with them a few times I can see how much they care about their job and that you are satisfied with their work. They are professional and have years and years of experience. They are also compassionate and considerate, two attributes that are important in this business, especially dealing with fire or water restoration. I recommend them to everyone and I know I will definitely use TOV when needed

TOV was recommended to me after a mitigation company took care of the initial cleanup from a busted pipe below my house. Due to the current 'pandemic' situation, my nation-wide insurance company ended up assigning five different adjusters to my case over the period of a year. TOV was very, very patient, even when they had to submit the same information multiple times. When authorization for repairs was finally given, TOV had people in and out in a quick, clean, and efficient manner. Replacing insulation, vapor barriers, and flooring, with a little bit of touch-up paint... all done in three easy days.
