And, we are very pleased with how the whole project proceeded and was managed both on and offsite. The whole project started with a vist by Joel Cole to assess and consult. Joel was very generous with his time and knowledge and we received an appropriate and reasonably priced bid. When it came time to begin the project they were actually able to get an early start for us on it, which was very welcome! We received a highly skilled and experienced crew who were always respectful to us and our property. When the project ran into complications due to wood rot, Joel's crew offered excellent innovative solutions grounded in sound logic and good practices. Joel was able to secure for us clearly the best mason in the area to do our brick work. With decades of knowledge and experience in his field he built a brick wall that for us looks like a piece of artwork. And we are confident it will stand up to the elements over time. We set out to accomplish some very specific goals in weatherproofing our property. Joel Cole helped us accomplish those goals and exceeded our expectations in doing it! This was a very big project for us, maybe not so large for Joel Cole Construction, nevertheless the whole team respected how important and significant it was for us and gave us a thoroughly professional experience and result.
