A bedroom smoke alarm battery died around 6 a.m, 10/24/23. The alarm kept chirping (nice word for an annoying sound blast) every 5 minutes or so. I got my ladder (at 80 years old) and tried to insert a new 9V battery. I failed and dislodged the unit from its base. The sound blast continued every 5 seconds or so. At 8:05 a.m., reached Schumacher Electric and in less than half an hour, Randy was at my house and fixed the alarm. He even replaced a battery in another room smoke alarm. Schumacher Electric saved me from a nervous breakdown. I tried to pay them, but Randy wouldn't take it. God bless Schumacher Electric.

Great people, professional work. We had them relocate an electrical outdoor panel and install a mobile home pack. I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The crew did an amazing job from the start came to our rescue when the old panel was malfunctioning on a extremely cold morning. They were able to get us heat and lights again.
