I recently visited Swedish Urgent Care and had a really positive experience overall.

The average wait time is about 1-2 hours, which is reasonable for urgent care, and the best part is you can make an appointment in advance to save time. What I loved most was their thoughtful service—they let you wait comfortably in your car and give you a call when an exam room is available, so you don’t have to sit in a crowded waiting area.

I don't know why this place is getting low reviews. My wife was seen there today and was treated very well, although her insurance had expired. They got her in right away. They showed concern. All of the staff were extremely nice. They spent the time to diagnose and then to write the prescriptions. The great thing is that they are connected to the large hospitals so they have your history available without you having to explain it all. My wife needed an x ray, and she did not have to go to another facility to make that happen. My granddaughter has also been seen here. Same level of concern and care. I was treated last Friday in urgent care .Practitioner SUSAN BAERG is so good .She prescribed me a right medicine and Im back to work now without pain.KUDOS to her .Im salute you ma am .
