The owner/manager can be polite at times, other times not so much. The service is always acceptable but it is nothing special, and when they are rushed or tired at the end of the day, service occasionally suffers. I go here to relax and give myself a little treat, and that is usually the case. I never have polish on my fingernails, just a manicure, but the price is the same as if I had gel or whatever, so that seems unfair. But,

Nancy’s is now the only place I’ll go. This was my third time, and each pedicure has been perfect. The gals are so sweet & take their time versus rushing you through like other salons. Please go support this wonderful business.Services: Pedicure

I visited for the first time to get a pedicure, and the pedicure itself was nice (though my polish on one toe has already smudged about an hour after leaving) and I was excited to find a new place to get my nails done. However, they seem to have way overbooked, and I was left and completely ignored at the nail drying table for almost an hour and a half while the staff was busy working with other customers. I even put my shoes on and made it clear I was ready to leave and still was ignored. I eventually just left my cash on the table and left. If you have hours to spare, this is a nice place, but if you are on any sort of time crunch, you may be best going somewhere else.
