This one is for the Rainier Chem-Dry in Puyallup location! I had some yellow stains on my mattress but it had absolutely zero smell. I told them that I had some yellow spots(2 of them were possibly from a puppy) but I wasn't sure because how I said it had zero smell! Also I double checked to make sure all the products are organic and odorless because I'm pregnant! So we get our mattress cleaned.. ones he starts it started to smell like strong chemicals. I asked him why it smells he said the second it's dry it will go away(to keep in mind they said All their products were 100% odorless). He finished at 12pm, we went to bed at 11pm and the smell was so strong that our whole house stunk up. We had all the windows open btw. It was impossible to be in a room or sleep on it. It was Saturday night their office was closed for the weekend, so we ended up covering it with blankets and then putting bed sheets to sleep on it. The smell was so strong we barely got any sleep in two days. On Monday I called about the issue. Their manager came by and said that it was my fault I didn't order the right treatment for yellows spots and puppy urine for extra charge. But they still wouldn't guarantee that the spots would go away. So he said the spray to protect the white color has super strong chemical smell(that's what they sprayed) and plus to that with steam they brought up some urine odor from the inside. Conclusion: we had 3 years old mattress with zero smell and some visible yellow stains Now we have mattress that smells super strong like chemicals and urine and the yellow stains are still visible(just not as much as before) There's nothing they can do to get rid of the smell They made themselves! My husband said we'll be buying a new mattress because it's impossible to sleep on it! We paid $250 for company to ruin our $1,500 mattress so we can buy a new one!!

I will never use this company again. On the phone the agent said it would be like $156 for 3 rooms and $4 per stair, plus $60 for each PURT (pet urine treatment). My total cost should have been $630 at the most, but they charged me $770. The phone sales agent also said they move most furniture, just not odd or really heavy items. The representative that came to the house said they don't move furniture. Luckily, we had already moved everything. On a positive note, both of the people that came to the house were pleasant and respectful. I should have said no when they quoted me the high price at the house, but I already had my furniture moved and needed it done. I will also add that it's been 10 days and we have no pet urine odors, so I guess that super expensive PURT works. Still, $770 for 2.5 hours of work seems a bit pricey to me. In hindsight, I'm thinking I could have bought 20 bottles of Nature's Miracle and a rug doctor machine and still done the job for under $300. You be the judge.

The only people I let clean my carpets! I seriously don't know why they would have poor reviews. I have 2 dogs & a toddler. They get out puke, pee, juice & paint stains. What's more is that I have never had a rep come to my house who I was uncomfortable with while alone with my child. Very thorough. Flexible with what you want cleaned and what kind of cleaning you want. All good!
