“Highly recommend, Northwest sport and spine, Shannon and Emily are very good with they're clients, they take their time working with clients needs.“
“Desiree is amazing. Like several others here and much of her clientele, I have Ehlers Danlos and am a hot mess of complications from subluxations, dislocations, degenerative disc disease, and every other fun thing that comes with a body that won't hold itself together. Desiree is my 6th PT and the first to truly understand my body and my needs. She works miracles. And she does it gently, with supreme knowledge and professionalism and kindness. I am so glad I finally found her.“
“I tore my MCL in a ski accident earlier this year and came in to work with Ankita and it was the best decision I could have ever made. She is incredibly knowledgeable and stays on top of the latest trends in health and well-being. She creates a healing safe space, especially for womxn, and the accountability atleast I needed for growth. Whether you have spent a lot of time in gyms or have never been, she makes sure to create a plan that is person-centered. Affordable. Proven results. Incredible humor! What more can I say?“
“My family and I have gone here for years both in Redmond and Renton locations. Every time I go I feel changed and walk out with more physicality. They know and do manual therapy that just isn't available mainstream. Knowledgeable and happy people and staff here it's a good place in my book.“
“Great PT. I had ACL reconstruction surgery and needed ~9 months of work to get back into ship-shape. LWPT was recommended by my doctor, and I'm really glad I went!First and foremost, the care is superb. I would rotate around between Elizabeth, Liam, and Kevin based on my schedule, and all did a phenomenal job. Physical therapy is difficult, and they don't sugarcoat it -- you will work when you're in there. Be prepared to sweat and feel sore afterwards! But that's what's needed for things like ACL recovery. Staff here is very attentive, watching guiding your exercises and watching carefully to make sure you're doing them the right way and in good form. While they'll make you work, you'll also get to have a good time. Not only are they all very nice, curious, and helpful, but they also clearly enjoy working together, and it's fun seeing Elizabeth, Liam, and Kevin poke fun at each other during downtime. You will find that every week there's something new to do, a new way to work hard, and work towards a specific plan so that you can happily and safely graduate back into whatever physical activity you were doing beforehand. Finally, they offer helpful advice for things to do outside of PT -- erring on the safe side -- so that you can progressively enjoy life more as you get better. As a bonus, it's fun seeing the weekly question on the wall, like "what's the best style of pizza?" and where everyone placed their vote. All the other staff are great, too. The front desk folks are kind, professional, and happy to accommodate difficult schedules. And finally, the location is great! I would often work from a nearby coffee shop for a bit, pop by for my PT, then either head home or continue work a little more in another coffee shop. LWPT a convenient place to get to and from.Definitely go here for your PT needs!“
“I had been suffering from an injured back and shoulder for almost a year. After just four visits, my symptoms improved significantly. Highly recommended!“
“I highly recommend Yin and Yang massage! Richard is very kind and professional, and the setting was very comfortable. Most importantly, his experiencing and natural talent were very evident and I loved the treatment!“
“I've been seen him on and off for over two years. He is really good at his job. He listens to you, makes sure he understood your problem, ask detailed questions to follow up, does a through examination, works with you to find best fit treatment plan. He is nothing but great. Also unlike other doctors, instead of forcing you to come back he tries to resolve the problem as fast as possible. He gives exercises and tells you, you don't need to go for a follow up unless you have any other problem or concerns. He describes what he is thinking or how things work(like muscles and etc.) thoroughly. Since I'm interested in learning all the details I requested him to describe everything with medical terms and he spent a lot of time during the treatment describing everything. I'd suggest him to everybody.“
“Strech lab staff was friendly, courteous and very organized at booking and executing sessions. They did a great at assessment of flexibility and recommending easy exercises to incorporate in your daily routine. Angela and Jhayden were very helpful and excellent in the sessions. Highly recommend trying Strech Lab!“
“Bryan is a super professional person to work with that really cares about his clients, digs deep and asks the hard questions so you know you'll get to the core of the matter - and get results!“
