But I have come for years to get my prescription eyeglasses and Demi has always helped me with special orders and research into unique glasses I was interested in. Demi is extremely knowledgeable, she cares a lot about her customers and she goes above and beyond throughout the entire purchase process. She helped me get 3 or 4 pairs of glasses over the years and I have been extremely happy with all of them.“

“I have been going to the Redmond Eye Clinic for many years. Dr. Binstock and his team are wonderful and always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. He shows a real concern for my eye health and is treating and closely monitoring my glaucoma and dry eyes. “I did not expect to own a pair of glasses of this quality in my entire life. My extreme myopia has always conditioned me to expect a little bit less because of the difficulty of the technical execution. As a result I've mostly lived my life wearing contact lenses which can position the focal points of the lens consistently. But it can be really uncomfortable to wear contact lenses for the entire day and so invariably I would switch back to glasses and just suffer the decrease in visual acuity.But not with the sets of glasses I purchased from Optix with the help of Dr Habib and Shakera. “Ahrens took care of me and 2 of my kiddos. They are patient with those of us on the spectrum.
The Dr. was so kind and understanding when my littlest was struggling with sensory issues. She even got down on the floor to help deescalate the problem.
When there was an issue with my lenses, they listened and then fixed the issue. They also put the lenses in the frames I brought in.
