I had my first appointment today at the Snohomish location. They were very thorough, answered all my questions, and took the time to help me choose frames that I'm very happy with. I will definitely be a regular patient.

Excellent customer service. I have never had to wait for more then 5 minutes to be seen. A rarity now days to be seen at your actual appointment time so that is always nice. Last script had issues. They worked me into the schedule to have it fixed as quickly as they could. My entire family uses this Location due to customer service and caring staff. Highly recommend them as the best place I have been to.

Tammy the receptionist is personable, kind, compassionate, funny, and an all around wonderful employee. She helped me throughout my entire transaction without skipping a beat and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Lee is also amazing, very informative and kind. Excellent service and excellent people. Thank you to both of you for restoring a little bit of hope in humanity one day at a time. I hope to see you in the future!
