“Initially walking in I was greeted by Spencer, his approach was warm and welcoming. That gave a great first impression. Nurse Therese did my consultation and her knowledge and in depth explanation of how genetics can be a factor in my skin condition made me realize she has a passion for helping people feel and look their best. She offered a treatment that I have not had in the past and was a bit nervous at the thought of my skin being cauterized. She made me feel comfortable and reassured that I would be fine. During the actual procedure I was greeted first by LME Morgan who did the topical numbing, she’s so sweet and also helped calmed my nerves. Nurse Therese followed and was patient and encouraging though out the treatment , and I felt confident and comfortable even though it was extremely painful. I had some factors that were contributing to the pain but overall Therese and her team made the experience wonderful and I would highly recommend this med spa. All the employees are knowledgeable ,so I feel that Therese manages her team well and educates them to the best of her ability to make an amazing experience. Thank you to Therese and her team. “I had never had a face treatment until I heard about and decided to try Best Filler Injection Education Center. What a treat! From the moment I walked in, reception was prompt, courteous and attentive. I was introduced to Teresa Lennstrom who would be administering an IPL. She was so good at explaining what an IPL is, how it works, what it treats and what to expect. Because I had never had any cosmetic services prior, I probably had more questions than other patients who get regular skin care. But Teresa answered every single question patiently and clearly. She made me feel very comfortable before she began and explained what she was doing throughout the procedure. It took about 5-6 days at home to start to see the results. Just one IPL and there was a significant improvement in my skin's sun and age spots. 10 days later I started to get comments from my friends on how good I looked.
