Dr Toy at Physical Therapy Dynamix was absolutely amazing! The care and attention to detail provided was truly exceptional. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist, look no further as I highly recommend him!“

332 Burnett Ave S Suite B, Renton“With three family members seeing PTs at HIDEF Renton, I can confidently say they are excellent at what they do. Not only do they challenge you physically and get you to work hard toward recovery, but they also consistently show they are invested in your care. For the PTs themselves as well as their office coordinator, I definitely recommend HIDEF Renton.“

216 S Tobin St, Renton“I felt low back pain while I was doing a heavy deadlift. I literally could not stand up straight and thought I herniated a disc or something worse. I have really good insurance from my Google employer so I knew I could refer myself to whoever took my insurance. I chose PT Dynamix because of all the positive reviews it has and I will admit I was a bit skeptical a place could consistently get a 5.0 rating for so long. It turns out their service is so much better. First, my therapist was the one who contacted me after I had filled their online request form and I was able to tell PT Dynamix isn’t a number driven practice. I went to the Renton location because it was convenient for me location wise and I had 3 appointments with the SAME therapist. I got a very thorough evaluation followed by some soft tissue work and muscle energy to my low back muscles. I was amazed at how much better I felt immediately after! I received a thorough home exercise program which allowed me to feel more movement in my back and in two days I was feeling almost 100%. I went back for the following two appointments where I learned how to lift heavier weights safely and progressively. I was most impressed with the fact that I was never told I could not weightlift, but instead I was encouraged to do so and shown how to challenge my body even more. This injury was a blessing in a disguise and I feel stronger than I did previously. Lastly, the way they do medical billing is very transparent and easy to understand. I highly recommend PT Dynamix to anybody looking to stay active after an injury.“
“I work in a very injury prone profession and have had three separate instances to use physical therapy over the past 25 plus years. By far my best experience has been with Tito and Danny at Atlas Physical Therapy. They are kind professional and definitely interested in your short term and long term health. They pushed appropriately but not too much. Tito uses an app that reminds you of which exercises to do on your days off, and I am still using the app even though I am released from therapy. Hopefully no future injuries but if I do I will definitely be seeing Tito, Danny, and their great support staff such as Jessie.“

Highly recommend!“

24060 SE Kent Kangley Rd Ste D-100, Maple Valley“The programs at Lifestyle Medicine have transformed my life. I've spent the majority of my life severely overweight, and though I managed to lose a good portion of it by the time I hit my early 30's, I still wasn't moving my body enough. As a result, I had a lot of general soreness and a limited range of motion in my knees, shoulders, and lower back, which led me to seek help with one of Lifestyle Medicine's physical therapists (PT), Morgan, at their Renton location in May of 2023. Morgan was amazing from day one. She is a skilled and knowledgeable care provider that makes a genuine effort to listen to her patients and their needs. She helped me build confidence in my abilities, motivated me, and inspired me to keep moving forward. After a few months, as I started to improve, I integrated into their Bridge program, which added support from an exercise specialist (ES) on top of my PT appointments. As the name would suggest, this program was the bridge that allowed me to graduate out of PT while still having regular support with exercise, as well as an accountability partner. It meant that when I didn't need PT anymore, I didn't stop making progress - I still had the support I needed. I met with an ES twice a week who took me through a variety of workouts, helping me build strength and showing me how to add exercise into my week in a way that worked for me. After Bridge, In December of 2023, I moved into their Lifestyle 365 program. Admittedly, I was most nervous about this transition. In this program, you're still meeting with an ES, but now they're building workouts for you to do on your own time. I was nervous about, what felt like, losing my accountability partner - about whether I'd still keep showing up if I knew there wasn't someone there waiting for me to arrive. In the end, what it's actually done is give me a lot more flexibility, while still having a support system to lean on when I need it. This process, moving between each program based on where I was at in my journey, has taught me how to love moving my body for the first time in my 35 years of life. I no longer drag my feet or have to spend time convincing myself to go to the gym - it's a part of my routine that I've learned to enjoy. Overall, there are a lot of things that set this place apart; it is not your typical gym experience. Anyone who has lived their life in a bigger body knows the hesitations that can come with going to the gym or doing any sort of physical activity in a public space; the fear of judgement, the cruelty people can carelessly dole out, and the shame of feeling like you don't belong. And although I was sitting with all those fears, I've never had those experiences at Lifestyle Medicine. Each person you encounter is not just someone who is passionate about health and fitness - they're specialized healthcare professionals who truly want to help you find the right solution for your specific health needs. They listen, they care, and they're excellent at what they do. I'll also note that one of my biggest hesitations about working with an ES in these programs was that the majority of the current care providers in this role are young, active, and male - a demographic that does not always inspire comfort for younger women in bigger bodies seeking support in the fitness realm. And though I work with Graham out of their Maple Valley clinic, I've had an opportunity to meet each of the specialists at their three locations and they're all genuinely wonderful people that help you find the things that work for you, encourage you along the way, and make you part of a community that inspires hope. I'm genuinely not sure I'll ever stop being grateful for how Morgan, Graham, and the Lifestyle 365 program have changed my life. It's been over 8 months of consistency and I've never felt better, more capable, or more excited about the future of my health and well-being. Thank you to everyone at Lifestyle Medicine for all you do to empowe“
