I felt low back pain while I was doing a heavy deadlift. I literally could not stand up straight and thought I herniated a disc or something worse. I have really good insurance from my Google employer so I knew I could refer myself to whoever took my insurance. I chose PT Dynamix because of all the positive reviews it has and I will admit I was a bit skeptical a place could consistently get a 5.0 rating for so long. Home visits make the difference! Dr. Chris is very knowledgable and responsive to my needs working at healing my meniscus tear in my right knee. His manner is very friendly and professional. I am working at the realistic goals he has set for me. I feel very fortunate to have him as my Physical Therapist.

I was suffering from post-surgery foot pain, compromising my ability to walk for any length of time, let alone run. Chris, helped me to literally regain my balance and confidence through consistent exercises, increasing my physical and mental strength, so I could walk and run pain free again. I've been running now pain free for the past 4 weeks - Thank you Chris, for all the tools and exercises, patience and confidence, you've given me to get back on my feet again!
