They did a side and front fence for me and more recently they did the other side, back fence and tore out a nasty ground level deck for a nice stone patio.Luis gave me a very competitive quote, the other companies were going to charge by the hour to clear some ivy from the old fence. Luis and his guys included it as part of the demolition which I really appreciated.“

“Scott was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. It is very clear that he and his team take pride in what they do and care about doing quality work. He thoroughly dug up our (previously) flooded yard and installed French drains. He gave great advice on how to maintain them and came out immediately when we had a user-error issue (no charge to fix). He also helped us with creative additions to the yard like leveling it and adding gravel to help soak up other parts of the yard's damp areas. The flooding issue is completely gone! They also did an incredible job with replacing part of our fence. It even impressed our neighbors and they told us how incredible it looks now. I will absolutely reach out to him for any other yard issues we come across and will be recommending him to everyone I know.“

Their quote pricing was very competitive but it was my sense of reliability that I had in them and I picked them. They were on site two days later and demo’d the building. Cleaned up everything as quoted. Professional and employees with smiles on their faces. Great company and will use again.“

“Jiaqi and his crew tackled a very difficult job for my siblings and I. We needed a yard clean up after years of neglect in a backyard and had a limited budget. They worked with us to clean-up the area and returned after some demolition work for another round. Jiaqi has a dumpster in his truck, tools for cutting down landscaping and they are a crew of four. We were extremely impressed with the timeline he provided and worked during very warm summer days! What I appreciated most is Jiaqi was fair with his pricing. “Finding competent residential irrigation service has not been easy, so I am happy to report my first encounter with Advanced Irrigation has been successful! My system involves a pump, pressure tank and 9 large zones, comprising many types of sprinkler heads and pot watering systems. It is a mature system so much can go wrong over the course of a year eg, broken heads clogged filters, cracked pipes. I probably could do most of the work (not the pump system!) myself if I had a day or two to devote to it - but......why dive into a frustrating project when Advanced's talented service team can accomplish perfection in one or two hours!? They're busy servicing their long time clients so call early to get on the calendar.“
