“Dr. Chen and Jennie provided exceptional dental service, and I am very pleased with their care.

However, I would like to provide an update regarding my follow-up appointment. While the service from Dr. Chen and Jennie was excellent, my experience with the front office was less satisfactory. My follow-up appointment was canceled due to a power outage, which was understandable. The front office did leave a voicemail to inform me of this.

I attempted to reschedule by emailing the Covington LDS, with whom I had communicated before, but I did not receive a response. After sending a second email a couple of days later and still not hearing back, I decided to call and was finally able to schedule an appointment.

Overall, I am happy with this location. It seems there may be some issues with their processes, such as checking emails, or perhaps the main front receptionist was on vacation. Nonetheless, it's not a major concern.“

I found Dr. Lee and I didn’t tell him about the first dentist’s opinion until the very end of the appointment after Dr. Lee said, “everything looks really good!” I was floored. I have been going to him for years now and he and his staff is just wonderful. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of turnover in staff which is always a good sign of a good professional.
