“As a long time former patient of Dr. Leland Dawson, the dentist extraordinaire formerly at this location prior to his retirement, I am used to top-notch dental work, and a professional approach overall to the practice. I can say with all honesty that Dr. John Beack is now carrying that torch very well. After an initial visit, and subsequent follow-up visit for a some filling replacements, his staff, facility and bedside-manner are all 5-Star! It's the day after the follow-up appointment and everything is perfect. But here's what motivated me to write this review right away...I just received a direct phone call from Dr. Beack himself checking-in with me to make sure that all's well and that I didn't feel any 'high spots' on the teeth that were repaired. Who does that anymore? He's certainly a great dentist, and an even better person. He's accepting new patients so give his office a call and take your dental care to somebody who CARES.“

“A few weeks ago I had to get a tooth pulled. The worst of the worst kind of dental appointments in my opinion. Somehow I actually had fun?! I mean it still wasn't pleasant having a tooth yanked. But Dr Hseih is very gentle and explains everything, and we all started joking around and I was laughing so hard I forgot about why I was actually there. (Despite having a pair of dental pliers in my mouth haha!) Kailey and Karanjot are also super nice. Just a group of ladies laughing and having a good old time while one has a tooth yanked out of her head by another ‍ My mouth is a mess because I am terrified of dental work and therefore didn't go for an embarrassing amount of time, then my husband found Light Studios. Dr Hseih herself even took the time at my first appt with her a month or 2 ago to go over all the things I need, and why, as well as pricing after my first appointment. I 100% recommend this place and won't go anywhere else.“

“I went there to do regular cleaning my teeth today, before the cleaning, I asked how much my payment due for couple weeks ago my last visit , the billing lady said $142, I made a payment right away using my visa, after cleaning I made another appointment for 6 months later, the billing lady asked me again if I want to make a payment for last visit $142, I said do you remember I just paid 50 minutes ago?? Maybe she is little too old to remember things??? Everyone else in this office are super nice, I love ❤️ this dentist office, AnSheng“

“It's been way too long since I've seen a dentist, I'm guilty of being reactive and not proactive when it comes to a lot of self-care situations. I unsurprisingly found myself with a dental issue that I needed to get checked out, so I found this local dental office in my lookup on my dental insurance find-a-doctor tool!I've never been afraid or adverse to dentists, I had great ones as a kid. But you always get nervous meeting a new care-provider regardless of a good experience with others.They got me in quickly and when they diagnosed me with a cavity on the visit, they even had the time to get me in immediately to fix it with the same appointment. I went in fearing I'd need a crown and the time that always takes to get done, so it was a great relief that it was a quick-enough fix to get me patched back up.The front office is friendly, from the initial phone call to the check-in desk the morning before the visit. The dental hygienist is kind, gentle and accommodating. And Dr. George is warm, personable and lighthearted.It's a nice little setup for the open air rooms that are more like a cubical of sort, you don't feel cooped up or anxious in a little examination room.I look forward to now becoming a good dental patient and getting my teeth regularly cared for now that I've found a great reliable practice to make that easily obtainable!“

“I went here for several years when I lived in the Kent area. We moved a few years ago and I transferred to a new office that was just down the street from our house. After experiencing some negative issues at that office over the last year, we decided to make the switch back to Kent Station Family Dentistry. Dr. Mike and his staff have been great to work with! We are able to get appointments without lengthy delays and they are very thorough whether it's a cleaning or filling. My wife has had some anxiety with dentists in the past and said that she feels much more relaxed in this office. Great team here and central location with plenty of parking.“

She checked each tooth individually and explained her process throughout everything, she was very gentle, and I have to say after a few appointments I'm very pleased, I will be back every appointment! “I had an emergency appointment, they got me an appointment within just a few hours. Although the dental team tried hard to treat the tooth, the infection was so bad that it was too sensitive to drill, even after 2 applications of novacain. Strong antibiotics were prescribed and I will be going back in a few more days when the infection is under control. But they were so nice about everything and truly didn’t want to cause me any pain.“
