“First, I typically try to do work around the house myself because I always feel like I’m charged more than a job is worth. However exterior painting is something I certainly did not want to tackle so I reached out and spoke to Colby. He was responsive and came out to give me an estimate on the job. After receiving the estimate and scheduling the service, Colby took it from there. He set the dates and purchased all the supplies where as I had other estimates where contractors wanted me to buy the supplies ahead of time. We had him completely repaint the exterior of our home. He did an outstanding job all the way through. Already recommended him to my immediate neighbors. Great price, great work, and easy to talk to along the way!“

“I initially hired David's team to install new carpet at my house I was about to sell. I was pleased with them so asked them to bid the floors on my new home which needed a serious facelift. When they came out to quote the floors, they let me know they are also a full remodeling company and would like to give a quote for the full remodel. My new home needed new floors, trim, interior doors, bathroom counters, wall removal, electrical, etc. Their quote was competitive so I decided to go with Davids Flooring for the entire remodel and I'm so glad I did. David, Vitaliy and the entire team were great. When there was an issue with the floors not being level (old house,) they problem solved until they were able to come up with a good solution and did not price gouge with extra costs. You hear so many nightmares about contractors but my experience with Davids remodeling was nothing but pleasant. Unfortunately as a single woman, people will sometimes be condescending or try to take advantage of you or but that was never the case. The team was always professional, respectful and responsive. They even were able to take out a most of the slope in the floor (we have an old house that has settled over time). They have great attention to detail and the trim work looks awesome. “I hired Golden Hardwood to rehabilitate two levels of top-nailed oak floors in my recently purchased 1909 home. The prior owner, who bought the house in 1977, said he had never refinished the floors so you can imagine what shape they were in. There were deep gouges on the surface and the finish had almost completely worn off. There were also several areas of damage, including burn marks, water damage, and a few places where the prior owner had made amateurish modifications.Tony, along with his father and team, did a fantastic job restoring them to their original majesty. They meticulously reset every nail, patched the water damage, fixed the subfloor and stairs, and did a full resurface and refinish job -- all at a fair price. She called me to update me when it will be delivered she even found out if my truck could carry all the boxes. “We had Brian and Alex come and replace our carpeting with hard wood floors. They spent 4 weeks working diligently on our floors. Halfway through, they pointed out an issue where the concrete around our fireplace made it a different height than the rest of the flooring. They were able to work around the issue by making the wood boards thinner, demonstrating their expertise and attention to detail.We are very satisfied with the new wood floor.
