However exterior painting is something I certainly did not want to tackle so I reached out and spoke to Colby. He was responsive and came out to give me an estimate on the job. After receiving the estimate and scheduling the service, Colby took it from there. He set the dates and purchased all the supplies where as I had other estimates where contractors wanted me to buy the supplies ahead of time. We had him completely repaint the exterior of our home. “I wanted to take out my carpet in the bedrooms and add the matching flooring. My house was built in 2018 and no one Carry flooring anymore. When I called the builders they told me they went through Elite Flooring. When I called Elite Flooring I spoke to Debbie Moon. They did not carry my flooring anymore but Debbie went beyond and called the manufactures and she found me my flooring. She called me to update me when it will be delivered she even found out if my truck could carry all the boxes. Once the box has arrived she stayed later just to make sure that we can pick it up since we were running late and they were already closed I would do business with Elite Flooring and Debbie Moon anytime“

Halfway through, they pointed out an issue where the concrete around our fireplace made it a different height than the rest of the flooring. They were able to work around the issue by making the wood boards thinner, demonstrating their expertise and attention to detail.We are very satisfied with the new wood floor.
