“This was our first time using AMPM and was the best we had ever had! They were quick to get someone out to our house for repairs the next day (even during some of the hottest weather we have had in a while) even though every other company in the area were setting appointments for two weeks out. Their technician, Jason Knuth showed up on time (got a text with his picture and time of arrival) and after arrival, he went right to work, found the problem and then got it fixed all within an hour, saving us money. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise! Thank you Jason!!! “Replaced my kitchen sink and faucet on my own… but when attempting to connect the new faucet I ran into a problem beyond my skill level (which was limited to begin with). The water valves would need replaced. I did the work on a Saturday and found this out on a Sunday morning. I had no luck when I called around (either left a message or was told someone might be able to come out later in the week); no luck until I called Arn’s Plumbing. Duane called me right back just before he was heading to church. He was able to have someone come out the next day which was incredible to me. Levi and his apprentice came out and replaced the valves, connected the faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and assembled the remaining piping all in less than an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. More than fair considering the time they saved me by finishing the job for me. Anthony tested several functions on the unit and, after consulting with a Carrier representative, came up with a 48 hour test to determine whether the problem can be resolved with a few simple tweaks.
