“Without a doubt, the vets, techs and staff at Riverview are the finest veterinary staff I’ve come across in a long lifetime of owning pets. They’re also really kind people! I lucked into finding this practice when I moved up to Vancouver during the Pandemic. The location is convenient and the facility is large, clean and bright. But, truly, it’s the people who keep us coming back. I have had four dogs and three cats as patients of Dr Scott and Dr Lisa. My animals are so well cared for and every time we come in or call, the entire staff greets us like old friends. I know my animals are cared for and respected. I really appreciate the common sense approach to veterinary medicine mixed with the latest data and treatments. My eldest dog passed away somewhat unexpectedly from a stroke at home a few weeks ago. The entire staff at Riverview has been enormously empathetic and they’ve gone out of their way to ease my grief. “Man's Best Friend was recommend to us because we were struggling with our 18 month old English Mastiff who is a 120lb puppy, nicknamed Monster. I was reluctant due to the cost and missing our pup for the 30 days during the training. After picking him up I realized that we should have done it sooner. “we were happy to have this location open up by our home. i got a puppy end of last year and took him in recently to have his nails done. i believe kylie ? took care of that and did a great job! she was very quick and good with my puppy : ) then more recently he came in for a full bath by devynn who did an amazing job. even though my dog is a bit wiggly and hyper she seemed to handle him well and was able to get him done quickly. i could tell he was happy and not bothered at all after the visit. afterwards we mentioned looking for good food and she showed us a few options and educated us using her nutrition background. thank you devynn we'll definitely be bringing puppy ash and his new sister back : )

as for the rest of the store its always nicely stocked, clean and friendly staff, it's a bit smaller than the petsmart or petco further down the road but i kind of like that it makes it easier for us to get what we need and get out !“
