Due to some builder errors, our 30-year roof did not last 30 years. Upon returning from a trip, we noticed an area of the roof with a large indentation. Although we had no leakage in the house, we were concerned and contacted Eric to come out and look. Unfortunately, we had dry rot underneath the roofing material. Since we did not know what might be going on elsewhere, we decided to have the entire roof replaced. We got multiple bids and the bid from Retrofit Construction was very competitive. They were also able to complete the project much sooner than anyone else we had out. Eric knew we were concerned about a roof failure due to our vaulted ceilings and only insulation and drywall between us and the rain. He was able to get us on his re-roof schedule within 10 days of getting us his bid. A crew of 10 very hard workers from Retrofit Construction showed up to do the job on a Monday morning and the new roof was completed by late afternoon. His crew worked very well together, and they did an outstanding job. The roof looks great, and the crew did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. We had a minor issue with one of our vents that we noticed after the work was complete. Eric was out first thing the next morning to address and fix the issue. Shout out to Retrofit Construction! Eric and his crew did our roof at the Haven in Allyn Assisted Living Facility and they did not disappoint! The crew was friendly, they came in and got the job done in less time than expected. They cleaned up all their materials, were respectful of our residents' space and best of all our roof looks great, Thank you!
