I can't say enough good things about NW Restoration. They responded quickly when they heard I had been left in a mess from water damage when the first company quit after stringing me along for months. NW came in and started right away, worked with my insurance company to complete the job for pretty close to the amount they would authorize. They were caring, respectful of my belongings, kept me in the loop and were totally professional. The job was completed quickly and I am back in my home. I recommend NW to everyone I know. I'm now a customer for life.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This company is a joke! They started job on FEB 9,2022 and left us WITHOUT INSULATION in our kids room and kitchen UNTILL AUG 18Th OVER 6 MONTHS LATER! They FINALLY came back to work- ONLY TO INSTALL CABINETS NOT TO PLAN AND DAMAGE NEW APPLIANCES as well as DAMAGE CABINETS! This company is a RISK TO HOMEOWNERS! They offered to GIVE AN EMPLOYEE 1 WEEK VACATION SO WE COULD PAY EMPLOYEE OURSELVES! THIS IS ILLEGAL! Don't accept offer if given (Luckly we demanded all work be on books, as the homeowner would also be in trouble.) They also TOOK DIRECT PAYMENT FROM INSURANCE TO SET UP TEMPORARY KITCHEN (tubsink)THEY NEVER INSTALLED PAID FOR BY INSURANCE ITEM/WORK!...read full review

While I have never used this company, I got to be the lucky driver (insert sarcasm here) that was behind one of their drivers for about 10 minutes. Driver was driving under the speed limit by at least 5 the entire time, that didn't bug me as much as the fact I had no idea at each stop sign or light where this guy was going. He must have been completely out of blinker fluid as he didn't use a blinker the entire time!! Smfh. Would have been nice had he used them and not made sudden turns.
