“I had my dog groomed by Alyssa and she did absolutely amazing! She worked so efficiently and communicated everything super well and clear! I was very hesitant to book an appointment as this was my dogs first time getting groomed by someone else but she made sure to send me updates and pictures as she was working on him:) 10/10 would recommend!“

“Absolutely love PAWsitiveTailz. They provided care for my pup from 5 months to 11 months and it was instrumental in my dog having a great relationship with new dogs and people. They have the best communication sending daily pictures and updates. Hendrix always came home so happy and burned out from his time with the other doggos at the daycare. He could tell when it was Tuesday and he would get so excited to go do his puppy Tuesday visit. We also used PAWsitive tails for boarding where he received the best care possible. “My groomer was amazing however I couldn’t help but notice a groomer by the name of Tim, he looked far from a patient person and he needed assistance from another groomer because he did not know how to deal with the dog he was grooming. It was unfortunate because groomers need to be patient and caring, in that he was not. I hope he doesn’t groom anyone’s dog because if that was my dog a review would be the least of what I’d do.“

“I have a 20 yo kitty whose claws are thick and were unfortunately too long when I attempted to trim them. I emailed Alex the Cat Groomer that evening and by 530a the next morning he was able to fit me in at 1p that day. Here I was thinking her claws were so thick and long that she might need light sedation in order to trim, when in fact it took all but 3 minutes for the wonderful worker to cut both front and back claws (I was even showed how to cut them properly so that I can do it at home!). Talk about wonderful service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process for my senior kitty! It's a good thing when the worst of the entire trip was the 20 minute car ride to and from. “Super gracious and helpful. We had a horrible night and terrible experience with another vet earlier in the evening. We had to let our girl go, they were so compassionate and caring with us and her. Highly recommend. They will be our first stop next time for small pet emergencies.“
