“I've had a wonderful experience at bStrong! I've been attending the small group training for a few months now and have developed confidence and made gains. As someone who is not a fan of lifting, this supportive environment and level of accountability has been huge for me. It makes a big difference to have a developed program and your own space to work in especially while learning. A coach available to offer guidance and encouragement without feeling the focus is completely on you all the time:-) has been the perfect balance for me. It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.“

“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. “I've been going to Cassandra for over 18 months even prior to the pandemic and I can say that she is the ultimate professional. Not only when the pandemic hit she followed not only the state but also the federal CDC guidelines. The reason for the 30 day wait was her choice of course but it was to make sure that any of her clients may not have a reaction to having the vaccine and whatever the treatment that she might be offering them granted I didn't want to have wait 30 days but I did based off of my respect for her and her knowledge base Cassandra has written multiple articles in the scientific field not only with the health and beauty but also with regards to your nutrition and your wellness on your face and skin and nails.
