Liz at Capstone provided me with physical therapy to help recover from a sports injury. They are easy to work with in terms of scheduling, accept insurance and are responsive. Liz is very knowledgeable and taught me exercises to strengthen the necessary muscles to avoid further injuries.
I cannot recommend Lauren and her assistant Alex enough for their incredible support during my pregnancy! I began working with them at 18 weeks pregnant due to some back pain, and continued until I was 36 weeks along. They were amazing at helping me strengthen my core, hips, back, and legs, keeping me comfortable and pain-free throughout each stage of my pregnancy.
