I called the Roof Medic from an internet search of Bonney Lake after I found their coupon in a mailer.Glad I did, local, friendly, fair pricing, prompt, safe, honest about my roof condition, and how their cleaning and treatment plan would work for me.I am very satisfied with their people and the completed work!I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning or new roof.Many Thanks and Well Done!
We had 3 bids. Why did we select Roof Medic? Joe, who came out to give us a bid, explained every part of our roof needs. They kept in contact with us throughout the process. They were so professional and cleaned up everything at the end. We already gave Roof Medic cards to some of our friends.
The team did a great job. Keep me up to date by texting me on the arrival time. Explained the process and answered all my questions. It took 3 trips because of the weather but they wanted to make sure that the job was completed correctly. Cleaned up after the job was finished. I’ll be calling them in 2 years to reapply the roof treatment.
