We had Northwest Preferred and 2 other roofing companies provide us with a bid to repair a leak in our roof and to replace some cracked vents. They were very prompt to respond to us and come out to give us a bid. We felt the bid to be very reasonable for the work that needed to be done, and Leo left us with a feeling of trust. We spoke to Cassandra in order to get the job scheduled. She was very prompt and helpful. Additionally, we mentioned that our roof needed treatment and the gutters cleaned. We are very satisfied with the repair work that NW Preferred Roofing provided to prevent our roof from leaking again. Leo and his team installed 30 metal roof vents, 4 metal flapper vents, and 6 pipe boots that were all originally installed incorrectly. Cassandra made certain that appointments were kept and the crew provided exceptional cleanup.
