I signed up for a monthly plan and if I had any problems between visits, when contacting them Jonas would come out and check if needed, or answer any questions I had. He always put my mind at ease. At one point I needed to move out of the state and left a set of keys with Jonas to access and treat my property. On top of the stellar service he provided treating the pests, he mentioned if he noticed anything at the property, including the gate being unlocked and a package on the porch.
