I have used this plumbing services for several home projects over the last 3 years. Each time they did a great job and their prices were reasonable.
Now, my most recent use of them has been poor. The one plumber smelled like an ash tray. You could smell the strong cigarette smoke on him 6 feet away. His work was incomplete (leaked) and required a 2nd plumber to come out. They also recently raised their service call and hourly rate, which is higher than others.
I won’t be using them anymore because there are better, cheaper, and smoke free plumbers out there that I will give my business to.

I only checked the one star on this rating because there is not a zero star option! I read the wonderful reviews (which appear to be from at least 3 years ago) and hoped to get that sort of service, and initially did get quick responses. But the price quote for the kind of toilet I wanted to have installed to replace the ones we have in 2 bathrooms was more than double what I ended up paying for ones of higher quality, and they told me it would take 6-8 weeks to even get the ones they quoted! When I asked for a bid on a larger job (removing a tub/shower and replacing it with a larger shower), suddenly I fell off their radar and got no response for about 10 days. When I tried a 2nd and 3rd time, I was finally told the person who handles estimates would not even be able to look at my request, much less actually take action on it, for at least 6 weeks! Perhaps the company experienced setbacks related to the pandemic and have not yet recovered? Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company!

My house was built less than 5 years ago and all of the plumbing was done by these guys. I have had to call local plumbers 3 times to fix all of the showers in the house. This last time I called the builder of the house to find out who the original plumber was and they said it was Northwest Plumbing. I had to call them for a part and to fix my shower which exploded in the middle of the night. (Had we not been home to shut off the water to our house- our house would have been flooded). The plumber ordered the correct part for our shower and some extra. He came a month later to fix the shower. Then I get a bill for $863 for a 30 minute job.
