“The customer service is incredible! I have come here many times and they have replaced nose pads and fixed a broken eyeglass over ear piece happily, at no charge. After unsatisfactory experiences buying glasses online I gave up and am using this Vista Optical site from now on. FYI they have an optometrist onsite so easy to update your prescription with an appointment.“

“Got my ICL surgery a few months ago and I'm kicking myself I didn't do it sooner. Super easy to get in, support staff all very nice and easy to communicate with. Dr. Sharpe was very thorough in explaining options and next steps. Follow up was easy to coordinate as well. Only downside was that in a couple of my follow up appointments, the providers who support him were running super behind. I get that but there was no update or communication about how much longer etc.“

“It is now 2024, many years after my first review, and things are still going strong, I'm still paying 100% out of pocket with no insurance, and have purchased quite a number of frames, lenses, extras etc. Over and over. Love Dr. Dela Rea and some of the technicians who work with you on frames, adjustments, etc. Good staff in this industry - incredibly difficult to find and retain.“
