Dr. Ono is the best of the best. I live further away from his office nowadays, so I tried another optometrist closer to my house, which only reminded me how absolutely wonderful Dr. Ono is - so worth the drive! I was back at his office yesterday & will never go elsewhere again. It's always such a joy to see him & I feel so taken care of at his office. They called today to follow up; always going the extra mile. Can't recommend them enough!
Providers and staff are great and have lots of patience for my 5 1/2 yr old son with lots of energy. Was originally referred to Dr. Carlson by my son's pediatrician for a eye issue that caused my son's eyes to become crusty and gooey around age 3. Was able to help, not having any issues after initially treating it and has been his eye Dr. For everything else since.
Dr. Ono & his clinic staffs were very kind, professional, knowledgeable & great listeners about vision related issues. I am very pleased with their smooth efficient processes. Thank you for all your care.
