“Chantal is the best! I searched for years after moving to Washington to find a hair stylist and was sold after one visit! She is warm, inviting and I always look forward to seeing her! She is also immensely talented and experienced and regardless if it’s a picture I show her or an idea I have for a cut or a color she nails it!! She will suggest ideas (when I ask, which I do now since I implicitly trust her) but is never pushy to push her ideas over mine. She has become a friend and a confidante and I would recommend her services to anyone! She’s the best and I continue to go to her after moving where it may be more “convenient” to see someone locally. I look forward to my time with Chantal- not only because I know my hair will look, feel and smell amazing but also that I will have time to spend with someone who takes genuine interest in me and my family. “Many different stylists have their own small places here. There is a comfortable waiting area. There's a bathroom although you'll need to ask your stylist for the code. It can be a little confusing figuring out how to get to the elevator that takes you to the second floor where Mosaic is, especially if you are coming from the street and not the parking garage.“

It’s great.The full review:It takes me so long to get my hair cut when I move somewhere new because I get decision paralysis from trying to figure out what salon to go to and who I feel like I can trust. Finally 10 months into moving to WA (lol) I just couldn’t put off getting my hair cut any more.I ultimately chose Chromatique after reading reviews so I’m just here to pay it forward. It lived up to expectations.I saw Erica, who was just as sweet and skilled as everyone who reviewed her described! She took time to get to know me, and make sure to clarify exactly what I was looking for. She was so attentive about checking in to see if I was comfortable all the way from water temp during the wash to if the length was exactly what I’d envisioned. I’ve honestly just never had a stylist check in with me so diligently to make sure I was happy, and it meant the world because I have a really hard time speaking up about what I want ?I don’t typically come out of salons feeling genuinely great about my hair — at best I’m just neutral. But I am really pleased with how my hair looks this time!Also, major plus for me is that this salon does not smell super strongly of over-fragranced products! It’s beautiful inside and nothing is overpowering, but the products are lovely and go on feeling light.I’ll absolutely be making Chromatique my spot!“
