Ben knows what he is doing - I have gone to very high end salons and they do not even come close to the knowledge and service Ben provides. I have incredibly curly hair and all other salons processes only last 6-9 months, at Ben's it has lasted over a year, it may take a little more work to get straight but the fact I can get straight is impressive!!“

She has been very patient with me the whole time, every visit, helping me figure out what style of lashes fit me the best. I prefer a more natural style and so I was happy that she understood and explained to me what would work to achieve that or even what may not work or not look so good,etc. Her knowledge and craft really show and the service is the best as she is the kindest and friendliest. She also was very understanding from the beginning when I raised my concerns to her that I have sensitive eyes and had bad experiences before at other places. I was very surprised that the product she uses is not very harsh and so right when we are done, my eyes water some, but then goes away within the minute! I can only imagine how great she would be for a facial. Her spa is a little hard to find the first time; it's in a business park sort of set back from NE 20th street.
