Yesterday I went to Vancouver Clinic’s Urgent Care in Battle Ground for an urgent medical issue. Everyone- the reception staff, medical assistants, and the nurse practitioner, treated me professionally, with kindness, and compassion. The nurse practitioner did a thorough evaluation, effectively treated my problem, and gave me protocols to follow should the situation recur. She was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and reassuring. I am a RN and appreciated that she spoke with me as a peer, but treated me as a patient. Well done!
They are always on time, sometimes earlier. Elizabeth Cook is always attentive and so is her staff. They answer any questions I have and explain whenever I have a question. I would recommend anyone looking for a good clinic to go to Vancouver Clinic.
