Went in for a booster vaccination. Making the appointment went well with very minimal wait on hold. The waiting room is small but clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and didn't have any problems with my insurance and the nurse was quick and efficient. They called me back at the exact time of my appointment and I was done and out in 5 minutes. Overall, a very good experience.
I had a very positive experience with my provider. She was an excellent listener and I could tell she genuinely cared. Also it should be noted that the building was extremely clean and well maintained. ??
Mark M Marshall was super friendly and charismatic. All biet I've seen someone different every time but Mark seemed liked he cared and so did my previous PCP Caral Cha never had a bad a experience.
