I had high hopes for Jorge and his company. We had several landscaping jobs we were planning on using his company for. Unfortunately the first one we had with him he was dishonest and tried to get an additional $400.00 from me by lying about how many yards of bark he bought. He showed 2 receipts claiming they were both ours but after conformation from the bark company they confirmed 1 receipt was the 7 yards we received and 1 receipt was for another truck that never showed up to our job. He denied everything even though the bark company has very clear notes that support this. I love supporting small businesses but cannot stand behind someone who lies.

Based on recommendation, reached out to this company multiple times. Typically response was very slow to happen. I eventually got one of the owners on the phone, and was given some general info, and the next step was that he would "have his brother call me to provide a quote". This happened 2-3 times over the course of several months, ultimately with no response from the brother. My sense here is that they just don't want, need, or have time for our business. But it is frustrating to have my time wasted with poor communications. Better to just tell me "We do not have time to do this work, you should find someone else." It's not very respectful or professional.

I reviewed Pride Landscape the last time they did a big project for us.This time they replaced a thirty year old retaining wall. The results wereexceptional, we are very pleased, and continue to highly recommend this company. Our experience continues to be the following.... Jorge and Luis are reliable, always on time, do excellent clean up, and in addition they answer all questions about the project so you can be as informed as you choose. Along with replacing and putting up a new wall, they installed a french drain to prevent the drainage problems we had with the original wall. Again, Highly Recommend!UsefulFunnyCool
