Bradey always responded quickly to all my questions and concerns, and was great with communication regarding scheduling, materials, and anything else I needed to know. We had an issue with an existing leak that was discovered during the installation process. They quickly repaired the leak and took the time to redo the newly-installed flooring that was affected, all with a great attitude. “I wanted to take out my carpet in the bedrooms and add the matching flooring. My house was built in 2018 and no one Carry flooring anymore. When I called the builders they told me they went through Elite Flooring. When I called Elite Flooring I spoke to Debbie Moon. They did not carry my flooring anymore but Debbie went beyond and called the manufactures and she found me my flooring. She called me to update me when it will be delivered she even found out if my truck could carry all the boxes. Once the box has arrived she stayed later just to make sure that we can pick it up since we were running late and they were already closed I would do business with Elite Flooring and Debbie Moon anytime“

Our new home had poorly installed carpet and was out of warranty, I was worried the price to fix it would not be worth it fortunately we found Richard. Richard from Angel’s flooring was incredible to work. Prompt reasonable quote. He fixed the whole house in half a day, able to move heavy furniture and came back after it settled to ensure it was done properly. So thankful he was able to fix it and make it safe for my kiddos. Highly recommend.“

“Can't say enough about how great an experience we had with Prestige Flooring! We live in a 1,700' rambler and replaced all of our flooring (some laminate and some carpet). They got us on their schedule quickly and came on the days and times they promised. Some of hardest working guys around. “I had them install new carpet on the top floor of my house and had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend. Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)“
