“This company is quick and goes above and beyond in every aspect of their business -- we are REALLY impressed. Our compressor stopped working mid-shift Saturday during our busiest time. We called SEVERAL companies with no luck. Emerson Electric recommended we call Ed, so we did and left him a message. Exactly 3 minutes after leaving him a voicemail Ed was calling me back letting me know he was already on the way to us to help us out. Exactly 7 minutes later, Ed was at our shop with a loaner compressor to finish out our weekend and repaired our old compressor to get us through until our new compressor was to arrive.
